excellent central stay
convenient location helpful staff
i found the location very convenient it allowed easy access to main attractions. the staff were helpful when i needed directions or information. the breakfast offered a varied continental selection with fresh fruit and pastries. the room included free coffee and tea facilities which was convenient.
i noticed that the hotel lacked a dedicated restaurant. a five-star hotel should have restaurant facilities. the absence of this amenity was a bit disappointing.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness providing directions and assistance quickly they addressed queries efficiently. they were always polite and professional.

the room featured modern decor and comfortable furniture promoting relaxation. complimentary tea and coffee amenities were available in the room. the bathroom was clean containing fresh towels and toiletries this.

breakfast included a selection of fresh fruit pastries and cereals. the continental breakfast was sufficient with good quality ingredients this made for a good start to the day. the dining area was well maintained and clean.

well trained staff helpful recommendations genuine care
The staff were really good and knowledgeable about the area. they provided helpful recommendations and even made calls on my behalf. i appreciated them checking on my experience upon my return. It showed me it was about more than just doing their job.
the mini-bar prices were higher than expected.

the hotel has a spa, accessible to all guests. the location is in a square closed to traffic and a very short walk to all the city's main attractions.

Acceptable Stay, but with Disappointing Aspects
small shower lacking variety
The location was indeed central, with access to many attractions.
The room I had was not up to par. I found the shower to be quite small (I really expected better). Breakfast also disappointed. The variety was lacking, and several items did not seem fresh.

excellent service good breakfast central location missing iron requested steamer repeated requests
the staff provided excellent service. breakfast was included and it was good. the location is super central, close to key attractions and shops
i found no iron in the room. i had to request a steamer instead. the cleaners took it when they cleaned the room, so i had to ask again
